We ship the majority of products WORLDWIDE with these exceptions, aerosols, fragrances and nail varnishes,these can only be shipped to United Kingdom.

All products are dispatched Monday-Friday within 24 hours of receiving payment.

Royal Mail 48 3-5 working days after dispatch (Mainland UK), 4-5 working days after dispatch (Highlands & Islands)
Royal Mail 24 1-2 working days after dispatch (Mainland UK), 2-3 working days after dispatch (Highland & Islands)

International:
Royal Mail tracked or signed (depending on destination)

Missing and Undelivered Parcels
If you order does not arrive within the estimated period, please call your local post office, they may have your parcel.
In the rare occasions your parcel goes missing, please allow an extra 5 working days (UK) and 10 working days (International) before reporting the problem. If no tracking information is available, we will give you the option to refund or replace the item.
During the busy holiday season (15 December - 27 December), please allow 1 extra day for delivery.
If your order has not arrived, please contact us before leaving negative feedback and we will do everything to solve the problem as quickly as possible.
Do I need to pay VAT or import duty?
If you order from EU, there will be no VAT or tax to pay, everything is pre-paid by us.
Please note that we have no control regarding VAT and taxes for orders placed outside EU. If in doubt, please contact your local customs office before making a purchase.
