Seriatopora is a fast growing SPS coral withthin, delicate branches commonly known as Bird’s Nest Coral.  These large frags are 2.5” to 3" tall with branches and were grown in a greenhouse in sunny Southern California. These aquacultured corals are hardier than wild specimens and not harvested from endangered reefs.

Feeding: Seriatopora gets most nutrition through photosynthesis but can benefit from feeding with coral food like PhytoFeast, Oyster Feast, Roti Feast, Phyto Plankton, Zoo Plankton, Marine Snow,Coral Frenzy, Cyclops or similar..

 

Placement: 

 

Mount on an exposed rock or ledge in the aquarium where it will receive direct flow and light.

 

Acclimation:  It is the buyer’s responsibility to know how to properly acclimate corals to their specific tank conditions.

Carrier: All orders ship FEDEX or UPS Next Day Shipping.  We offer free shipping with all orders over $299.

Packaging: All livestock is securely packaged in durable, plastic bags and shipped in insulatedcontainers to ensure your corals arrive healthy.  Heating or cooling packs may also be included depending on forecasted weather.

 

Shipping Range: We ship anywhere in the contiguous 48 states. Alaska and Hawaii customers please contact us to confirm if we can ship to you and for shipping quotes.  International shipping is NOT available

 

Shipping Dates: We ship every Monday or Tuesday for next day delivery and strongly recommend that someone be present to receive the shipment.  If this is not possible the order should be sent to an indoor location to avoid exposure to the elements and temperature extremes.

 

What if my corals arrive dead or damaged?

 

We have been shipping corals and other livestock for years with great success.  Should your coral arrive dead or damaged, please send us photos of the affected coral and all packaging within 2 hours of receiving your shipment. We will provide a credit toward a future order or include a replacement (if in stock) with your next order.  Should damage occur due to any issues with our packaging we will provide a full refund or ship replacement(s) on our next scheduled shipping date at no cost, depending on availability

 

Please note that FEDEX does not guarantee livestock shipments some cannot be responsible for damage or delays caused by FEDEX.  However, we can provide a special 50%discount to help cover the cost of replacement corals.
