How to use hydrosols ?

The aroma from the hydrosols may vary from mild to bright. They have a lot of properties and it’s good to experiment in order to find the correct dosage.

Here are some ways we can use them:
• To drink them for healing 1 tablespoon in a glass of water 3 times per day.
• Beverages: Add 1 teaspoon in in a glass of distilled, mineral water. Ice cubes and sweetener optional.
• For beauty and pleasure of spritzing yourself, as facial, hair, body lotion.
• Refresh the air during travel by car, train or airplane.
• As foot and shoe spay in cases like shoe odor, fungi or tiredness.
• Some of them, such as the Lavender hydrosol, are good for burns, cuts and wounds.
• As an air freshener, clothes spray
• As an insect repellent for dogs and cats.
• Instead of deionised water or ironing spray. Your clothes will smell wonderful!
• They are very good for spiritual practices such as Reiki and meditation because they bring calmness and clean and purify the aura.
