    Terms & Conditions

We request and recommend the purchaser check all items for damage (in transit) before accepting delivery. It is preferable that damaged items are refused (not signed for or accepted from the courier), and returned to the sender (Innovative) immediately, a replacement will be dispatched within 2 days. If damaged items are accepted the damage must be reported within 2 days of receipt. In special circumstances an Insurance claim may be required to run its course prior to replacement at the insurers/ Innovative's discretion if the item was accepted. 

Innovative offers a 14 day return policy. Purchases are to be returned within 14 days, unused, intact, in new condition and in original packaging including all accessories. Delivery fees are non refundable. Unless goods were 'not as described' a restocking fee of 10% applies for handling & administration.

Transit insurance is recommended for returns to protect goods from damage in transit (Goods are the purchasers responsibility until signed for & received by innovative intact and in good order).

The title of goods does not pass to the purchaser until paid in full (cleared funds). Recommended for installation by a licensed plumber.
