Cash's Woven Bookmarks are specially handcrafted to catch the eye of the customer. With different designs ranging from breath-taking nature to vintage and cultural bookmarks in a woven design with various authentic colours.

Thomas Stevens, a Coventry weaver in the 1860's,  adapted the Jacquard Looms used by local weaving companies to weave colourful pictures from silk. By 1862, Stevens could produce four different designs and by the late 1880s this had grown to over 900; they became known as "Stevengraphs", after their maker. Many of these designs were used to produce bookmarks, while others were used to make greetings cards and other silk objects. J & J Cash of Coventry were weavers founded in 1847 during the 1870s when the firm began producing coloured embroidery work. This in turn led to the production of embroidered name tapes for clothing, which became the core of the company’s business by the turn of the century.  In 1912 they moved into the production of woven clothing labels and later to the production of decorative items similar to the Stevengraph.
