Q. Does it include the bottom storage box?
A.This listing is just for the cup holder kit, the bottom storage box is usually fitted as standard to models with just two front seats.
Q. Can I still use the bottom storage box?.
A.Yes, the cup holder kit doesn't stop you using the bottom storage box, and the 12v socket.
Q. Will it fit models with duel passenger seats?
A. Yes it will fit but the middle seat will no longer be usuable for a person as the gap for their legs reduces.
Q. Will it fit models with Manual gear box?
A. No, this listing is only for Automatics.
Q. What colour is it?.
A. The colour is the same dark grey as the standard Vito W447 dashboard, it's not silver or light grey the photo shows the light from the windscreen refelcting from it, please watch our youtube video as this shows the part being fitted and the final fitting and shades.
Q. Will it fit older models?.
A. I'm afraid not it will not fit W638 1996-2003 or W639 2003-2014 it only fits W447 models.
Q. Will it fit V class, tourer or Marco Polo models?
A. The kit will fit tourer models based on the W447 panel van but not V class or Marco Polo models as these feature a different dashboard than shown

Step 1) Price - if someone is advertising a Genuine Mercedes Cup Holder Kit at under £100 including vat & delivery then it will be a cheap copy and not the real deal.
Step 2) Packaging - all genuine Mercedes-Benz Vito cup holder kits are supplied in genuine Mercedes-Benz packaging as shown in the video. If you order from Shopstuff your cup holder kit will be supplied in the box shown in the video. If you cup holder kit turns up wrapped in cling film and a plastic bag it has not come from Mercedes.
Step 3) Two Separate Parts - all genuine Mercedes-Benz Vito cup holder kits are supplied in two separate parts. If yours has arrived or is being advertised pre-built then it's not from Mercedes.
Step 4) Diameter of Cup Holders - genuine Mercedes-Benz Vito W447 cup holders have a diameter of 9cms at the widest (top) part at the base it should be 8cms. If the listing you are looking at doesn't declare these measurements is probably because they are selling fake copies.
Step 5) Part Numbers & Branding - if you've ordered genuine Mercedes-Benz part the technical spec, part numbers, quality control and batch numbers will be plastered all over the two parts. If the listing you are looking at doesn't show these pictures it will be because they are selling fake Chinese copies.
Step 6) Overall Quality - difficult to tell from a sellers pictures, but as you can see from the video the copy version is poorly manufactured with sub-standard materials. It will probably fit, but it's just not the same as the real McCoy. If you've spent £40k + on a Mercedes-Benz Vito van do you really want it finished off with a shoddy cup holder?
