Preparation 

For the best result crush the seeds. Pour fresh, boiling water (3dl) over 1 tsp (2g) of Milk Thistle Seeds. Cover, stir in every few minutes and steep for 10 minutes. Sweeten to your taste with honey. Consume 2-3 times a day.

Milk Thistle Seed can be combined with honey to get the most health benefits of it. Mix 60g of finely grinded Milk Thistle Seeds with 60g of honey. Consume one tsp of the blend 3 times a day.
