You are buying a NEW NOS Blower Motor 15-81808 23227183 , these are not individually boxed - may be a little dusty.

These are removed from new evaporator boxes. There might be bolt marks on the mounting points, but the units were never installed in a vehicle. They were were removed to sell individually as more people need the blower motors than the whole unit.
