When you have purchased your sign, you will need to leave a message in 'message to buyer' on what name and font you would like - if for some reason you miss this option please send us a message by eBay messages

Postage and Packaging:

Your item will be sent via Australia Post.
Your item will be newspaper wrapped for protection and placed inside a packing box.

There are three options of shipping through Australia Post

Damages:

If for whatever reason you receive your letters damaged, please inform us by eBay messages straight away with a picture of the letter/number.
