Shipping and Handling

Sellers are not responsible for service transit time. This information is provided by the carrier and excludes weekends and holidays. Note that transit times may vary, particularly during peak periods. 

Saturdays, Sundays and holidays are not considered business days. 

Payment Instructions
Payment has to be made within 3 days, and will be accepted through Paypal only. 

Return Policy 
Refund or Exchange is accepted within 7 days after item is received. After 7 days but within 14 days, a 15% restocking fee will be charged. No refund or exchange will be accepted after 14 days. Please contact us for a RMA number before sending back the item.

Buyer is responsible for all returning shipping charges. As a courtesy, we'll cover the charges sending the replacement item back to the buyer.

All returned merchandise must be in unused and resalable condition, with the original box and packaging. We inspect returned items before issuing refunds or exchanges. 

Returning merchandise should be carefully packed and insured for the full purchase price, and shipped via traceable means. We are not responsible for any losses and/or damages caused during delivery. 

Refund or exchange is not acceptable if damages other than manufacture defects are found.

A refund may be issued if replacement is not available.
