You are viewing a Good Cook 4 Sided Stainless Steel Shredder / Slicer / Grater.  The handle has a round holding area and is white. This is in excellent condition.  No signs of use - everything is in excellent condition. Features fine, medium, and coarse grating surfaces plus a slicing surface. This is very versatile. This is all stainless steel and measures 9" tall and 4" x 3 1/2" width and depth. This doesn't look like it has ever been used but once you use it, no worries - it stays sharp for a very long time. Nice handle and base makes it very easy to use - sturdy and has a nice size opening in the middle so you can grate or shred a while and then lift the item up for a large pile of finished product.
