Before buying from us, please check the following, it could save you buying what you don’t need, the battery is in good condition, the fan belt is tight, the earthing lead to your engine is not corroded, the wiring to your alternator is not loose, broken or corroded.
This is an EXCHANGE SERVICE, so we will require the old alternator back no later than 14 days after getting the parcel from us.
1. Place the order (deposit required - after the purchase, you'll receive a message with instruction on how to do it)
2. Get it and fitted
3. Put your old unit in the box – you can use the box we have provided our unit
4. Put pre paid return label provided with the alternator and take it to your local post office.
5. The refund for the return of the old unit will be issued up to 3 working days after delivery.
For next-day delivery, the deposit must be paid by 3 pm. All orders paid after 3 pm will be posted the next working day.
IF YOU WON’T PAY THE DEPOSIT IN 24H FROM RECEIVING THE LINK, THE TRANSACTION WILL BE CANCELLED.
Attention International Buyers – if you purchase an alternator from us, you will still have to pay the deposit needed, which will only be refunded if you send back your old unit to us at your own cost.
All Alternators come with a 12-month guarantee.

Returns Policy
Unwanted or wrongly ordered items can be returned within 30 days of purchase and will only be refunded providing the item(s) are unused and in their original packaging in a resalable condition.
Please note that proof of posting is required, as I do not accept responsibility for your post reaching me.
Delivery
All deliveries are made by our next day courier and will require a signature. The courier will try and deliver the item three times before returning the item to us. Please ensure someone is present to sign for the item. Should the item be returned to us we will have to charge for re-delivery.

Warranty
12 months of replacement/repair warranty.
Seller warrants all goods supplied by it to be free from defects in material or workmanship under normal use for 12 months from the date of purchase. Warranty relates to the supplied part(s) only, it expressly excludes any consequential lost & fitting/ labour charges.
This warranty is applied only to products supplied and is limited either to the replacement of the product or a refund of the purchase value. This does not extend to defects caused by wear and tear, accidental damage, water and oil damage, corrosion, neglect or misuse.
This warranty is offered to Customers who have purchased alternator/starter motor and followed exchange procedure (if required).
