International

• Drone Parts Garage offer International Economy, International Standard with tracking (and signature), and International Express for selected international regions/addresses.

• Generally, if you choose International Economy be prepared to wait many days if not weeks for your order to arrive, or occasionally up to 45 days depending on the processing speed in your country, especially in some countries such as Brazil and Russia.
• We strongly advise against using International Economy for international orders as it is the slowest and most unreliable shipping method available. Return / Warranty

Return

• If you are not satisfied with our products or our services, you can return the products in 14 days from the date that you receive those products and your payment will be fully or partially refunded depending on the condition of the returned product.
• All product(s) returned must be packaged well to protect it from shipping damage, and must be sent with a shipping method that provides tracking information. We cannot be held responsible for damage that occurs in transit.
• Returned product should be in mint condition. Damaged products that are not covered by warranty are not eligible for return and refund. All accessories come with the product should be sent back together, or the return will be refused.
• Inspect your product carefully before shipping as any signs of wear or use will result in a refused product return.
• Product(s) purchased more than 14 days from the purchase date will not be accepted for exchange or return.
• No restock fee will be charged if the product is in new mint condition with its original packing. Otherwise a minimum 10% or up to 20% restock fee of the original price will be charged depending on the condition of a returned product.
• Refund will be deposited into the account you made payment to us. Please allow us 3-5 working days to check the product before refund is released.
• In any cases, shipping fee is not refundable. Shipping cost will be deducted from free shipping orders.

Warranty

• Due to the nature of this hobby, we can only cover item that are Dead On Arrival (DOA).
• Broken, damaged, modified, improper installed, abused item are not covered by the warranty.
• If the item you received does not function as expected and it was not caused by misuse or other user mistake, you can contact us via eBay contact to initiate RMA within 7 days.
• Whether or not an item is considered defective is determined in the sole discretion of Drone Parts Garage. Drone Parts Garage will not be liable for equipment that might have been lost and/or damaged as a result of defective merchandise. As an example, if a video transmitter you received from Drone Parts Garage is defective and stops working during flight causing you to loose your airframe, Drone Parts Garage may replace the defective video transmitter, but not any other equipment that might have been lost and/or damaged due to the defective video transmitter.
• Once determined that the item is eligible for warranty claim, you will receive replacement for the item.
• In case of replacement, we reserve the right to send a different part of the similar features as replacement, as availability might differ from the time of purchase.
