MAKING TIME

As all of our dresses are made to order delivery is usually within 4 weeks from order conformation. 

We may be able to have your dress delivered more quickly if we finish before the expected time period.

We understand that your wedding day should be perfect & the last thing you 

need to worry about is whether your dress is going to be as you ordered it.

 

We GUARANTEE that the size & style of the dress you order will be the

size & style delivered & that we will deliver it in perfect condition within the time frame agreed at the time of your order confirmation.

If not, we will replace the dress or fully refund your payment

 

Please note; The lace displayed on the pictures may be slightly different to the lace used in the dress This is due to availability but it will be of very good quality.

We accept returns for faulty items. To do so you must first contact us within 7 days of receipt. Once we have an agreement, you can return it to us. PLEASE note that you will be responsible for postage and packaging costs.
