Very good- condition: Black leather cover with gold lettering on spine and front cover, black endpapers, gilt edges, fine India (Bible paper).  Imprimatur Michael Augustine (Archbishop of New York 1885-1902). Front cover has some tears near spine.  Black paste down endpapers have cracks due to leather boards having been flexed.  Beautiful bright pages.

This is a Scarce edition of the Imitation of Christ.
