These are new motorcycle rear shock absorbers.  The free length from eye to eye is 13.25" which is .25" shorter than the original 13.5" shocks. The .25" shorter length is insignificant and has no impact on ride and handling.  They have chrome bodies with dual chrome springs.   The lower spring is wound tighter than the upper spring which provides a progressive resistance. The springs have 5 tension adjustment positions.   The spring adjuster tool is also provided. The proper metal bushings are preinstalled for ease of installation.   These shocks are ready to install as they are and require no further modification. PRICE INCLUDES BOTH SHOCKS. 

THE UPPER MOUNTING EYELETS ON THE ORIGINAL SHOCKS ARE WIDER THAN THE LOWER EYELETS. THE WASHERS THAT YOU SEE IN THE PHOTO ARE PROVIDED AS SPACERS TO USE AS NEEDED TO FILL IN THAT GAP.
