ALL DOMESTIC ITEMS ARE SHIPPED VIA PRIORITY MAIL which is a 2-3 day delivery time.  We also offer USPS Express for an additional charge if requested. All items are shipped out within 1 business day of payment received.  I ship all items with Delivery Conformation in new USPS Priority boxes with items wrapped in tissue paper.

We will only ship to the confirmed address provided in the payment details.  Please do not ask us to ship to a different address after payment has been made.  You can change shipping address when going through checkout.  Please do this before confirming payment in paypal.   Any item worth more than $250 will require signature confirmation both domestic and international.

INTERNATIONAL BIDDERS: You will be responsible for all duties, fees and tariffs placed on your purchase from your country's customs department.   We only ship USPS priority mail or express as these are the only two options that offer delivery confirmation and insurance.  We understand that these options are considerably more expensive than first class, but we are not willing to ship without these services.   As soon as item is shipped, we will provide a USPS customs number so you can be sure your item was shipped. Please do not punish us for long delivery times, unless we are the ones who are late getting item to post office.

ITEMS ARE NEW WITH TAGS BUT MAY HAVE BEEN HANDLED IN STORE AND REQUIRE A PROFESSIONAL DRY CLEANING BEFORE WEARING. Please note all designers sizing and styling varies in actual sizing. It is your responsibility to know how a particular designer fits you.  Measurements are for guide only and are not exact. We do not accept returns based on fit or color as different monitors have different settings and color can vary from monitor to monitor.  Please also note that we only have one mannequin and some items are pinned back for display. Please read descriptions! We try to describe items as accurately as possible and will not accept returns if problem is stated in description. All Sales final unless item is grossly misrepresented.
