One noticeable nick, cosmetic issue to the top part of trim.

Circled red in pictures posted and price has been adjusted accordingly.

Some normal wear is present and expected from any used item.

Middle screw mount is broken and missing.

Can be secured to door using remaining screw and by using a soft adhesive like clear silicon.
