I have not done any testing on the ring but this is what I was told when I purchased it.
925 silver tested filigree ring, size 6.75, weighs 1.7 grams
fancy cushion cut faceted Caribbean sea hue measuring 10.5x 9
tested positive as spinel/blue zircon
I am not a gemologist but would guess its synthetic not earth mined.
Rare and unusual and quite beautiful
