Offered is a rare release from Raimonds Pauls.
It appears to be a self-titled LP, with "Ethnic" (see label photo) as the only documentation present on the record. There is no other identifying information on the dead wax runout. I'm guessing it came out in the 1960's or 1970's.
Please examine the back cover information closely. The left column is in Latvian with the English translation on the right.
THE VINYL : EX : Present on the surface are some light marks, in the main sleeve rubs, and a few hairlines. Spindlewear is moderate, and the record retains most of its original gloss.
THE COVER : VG : The top and bottom seams are split, and the spine is intact / some edgewear, but no ringwear / no writing / bright front cover (ORANGE !) color. The cover design does have a 60' - 70's look to it.
I have placed the LP into a heavier audiophile (plastic-lined) inner sleeve.
