Jay Strongwater Maltese Cross Enameled Jewels in Goldtone Setting Scarf Pendant Slide.  

Jay Strongwater is a well known artist working in home decor, maker of highly prized trinket boxes and picture frames, enameled and hand-set Swarovski crystals.  

This pendant can also be used as a slide for a scarf.  The bail is large enough to fit a smooth silky scarf through it.  It doesn't come with a chain; can be worn with a long silk cord or a choker.  Hallmarked on the back, "Jay Strongwater". Measures 2" x 2 1/8".  In very good pre-owned condition with no flaws.  Looks like it has never been used.
