This vintage Inspector Elcometer is used but in good condition.  Comes in original leather case.   Shows signs of wear from normal use.   UNTESTED, unsure how it works.  

 This meter shows 0-25 thousandths. Case Measures 9.5" x 2.5".  Thank you
