Acrylic triangles with a protractor.  Drafting or sewing tools from China, in an old package.  The old price tag reads "$" so it was probably purchased in Hong Kong, which uses a dollar denomination.

I would guess this could be as new as the 2000s.  Professional tools tend to have old-style packaging, because nobody cares about the packaging.  The current Shanghai Butterfly logo looks different.
