Experimental product made of PLA (polylactic acid: to impact polymer zero, biodegradable in industrial installations to 70 ° C and 77% of a minimum humidity, obtained from renewable sources) and ABS.

NOTE: It’s a valid item, but an experimental product has no warranty. It is recommended to use a film of grease, between the shift rod and the plastic slider to prevent wear out. Depending on the intensity and care in the use, in the long run the strength of “MOD Cambio” may decrease or break. In that case you will need a replacement cursor, available in our shop. Assembly is very important: positioning the components in a rough way will result in the imminent cracking of the cage holding the slider down. It’s a pretty thin element, and it’s not possible to make it more robust for a bulky issue.
The cursor work by friction and, in the long run, it is still subject to wear / breakage. It is consumable. In the initial stages, the gearshift lever could have resistance to sliding left and right: components need a short run-in time. If the problem persists for a long time, assembly has not been done correctly or you need to add grease.
The grease we recommend to use for the assembly of our products is PTFE or lithium.

Prodotto sperimentale realizzato in PLA (acido polilattico: polimero ad impatto zero, biodegradabile in installazioni industriali a 70°C e 77% di umidità minima, ricavato da fonti rinnovabili) e ABS.

NOTE: E’ una MOD molto valida, ma essendo un prodotto sperimentale non ha garanzia. E’ consigliato utilizzare un  film di grasso, tra l’astina del cambio e il cursore in plastica per evitare che si usuri. A seconda dell’intensità e della cura nell’utilizzo, a lungo andare la robustezza del cursore della MOD Cambio potrebbe diminuire o rompersi. In quel caso sarà necessario un cursore di ricambio, disponibile nel nostro shop. Fondamentale è il montaggio: posizionare i componenti in maniera grossolana comporterà la rottura imminente della gabbia che tiene fermo il cursore. E’ un elemento abbastanza fragile, e non è possibile realizzarlo più robusto per una questione di ingombri.
Il cursore lavora per attrito e, a lungo andare, è comunque soggetto a usura/rottura. Trattasi di materiale di consumo. Nelle fasi iniziali, la leva del cambio potrebbe opporre resistenza allo scorrimento verso destra e sinistra: i componenti necessitano di un breve periodo di rodaggio. Se il problema continua a lungo, il montaggio non è avvenuto correttamente, oppure c’è bisogno di aggiungere del grasso.
Il grasso che ti consigliamo di utilizzare per il montaggio dei nostri prodotti è quello al PTFE o al litio.
