This is an original 1923 Department of the Interior "Manual For Oil and Gas Operations" signed by Ted Swigart, President of Shell Oil Pipeline Corporation  from 9/1940-10/1954. Signature inside the front cover.Authored by TE Swigart and CE Beecher.  Nice copy with some discoloration of pages and cover. Has minor edge wear. 

Would make a great gift for a Shell Oil executive.
