Vintage Forged steel SIGNODE STRAPPING TOOL vintage hand tool "LOANED ONLY Designed for use with SIGNODE PRODUCTS" The tool has is normal wear & tear some loss of black japanning but overall in very nice condition with great patina. Wood handles are very nice. Cleaning will be left to new owner, this one will clean up nicely. The total length is 17 3/4".
