MANUFACTURED BY:.. SHOLANDER PATTERN WORKS, ATCHISON, KANSAS.  This toy pattern was a part of a set fueled by an alcohol burner that would melt lead or other soft metal.   The pattern mounts to a flask assembly which allows the maker to learn how to become a foundryman.
