Vintage Forged steel SIGNODE STRAPPING TOOL vintage hand tool "LOANED ONLY Designed for use with SIGNODE PRODUCTS never sold" The tool has is normal wear & tear some loss of green pint but overall in very nice condition with great patina.  The total length is 17 1/2".
