Lovely cream felt hat with black and white feathers and black netting.  The feathers make this hat. It has a black decorative piece in the center front.   (Please see pictures). 

It comes in a black vinyl hat carrier.  The carrier is 10" tall and 9" diameter with zip closure.

I just happen to love feathers. The hat measures 8 1/2" diameter x 5 1/4" tall.  

The hat is made in the USA 

.  100% wool.  The hat needs a gentle cleaning.
