Retro mcm design planter from UPCO by
Fred Ungemach circa 1950, Roseville, Ohio.
Ungemach worked for McCoy & Ransbottom before starting his pottery, UPCO, in 1937. This planter is heavy, well crafted American
pottery. In great condition, no chips, cracks, crazing, scratches or discoloration, there are a couple of "flea bites" and some glaze drips, all common. There is also a tiny spot missing glaze (all shown in pics).
Measures approximately 11"l × 6.5"w × 3.25"t.
