SHIPPING:

Handling time is 3-5 days, unless otherwise stated. We ship Monday through Thursday (excluding holidays). Items ending between Friday and Sunday will generally ship the following Monday or Tuesday.


We will combine shipping for items where it makes sense. Combining large or odd-shaped items is just not practical. To be eligible for combined shipping, all items must end within 7 days of each other, be practical for combined shipping, and be payed for in one invoice. 


We ship USPS, UPS, and FedEx, depending upon the item and shipping requirements.


We only ship to confirmed ebay and PayPal addresses.

RETURNS/ISSUES:

We accept returns on select NEW items only (NIB, NWOB, NWT, NWOT, etc.) within 14 days. If the listing has a return option, you may return it for a refund (excluding shipping charges). Item must be unworn OR only tried-on for fit/sizing. Buyer pays return shipping. Refunds are generally given within 24 hours of receiving and inspecting the returned item.


Returns for Pre-Owned items are not accepted.
