**Please note that while we do our best to keep our inventory constantly updated, we sell products through numerous venues, and there is always a chance that a product will not be available at the time your order is placed. If that is the case, you will be notified via email and will be given the option to choose a different product or receive a full refund.**

TERMS & CONDITIONS:

• You are bidding on the part as shown in the photo.  We describe all parts to the best of our ability.  All items are used and have normal wear unless otherwise stated.
• All used items are sold "AS IS" without warranty, refunds or exchanges.
• Electronic parts are tested prior to disassembly - THERE IS ABSOLUTELY NO REFUND ON ELECTRONIC PARTS OR COMPONENTS.
• If you require an immediate response to a question, please contact us at the shop.  We answer all questions as soon as possible, but due to the volume of emails we receive they cannot always be answered as soon as you might need a response.
• We are a licensed salvage yard and have thousands of motorcycles, ATVs and watercraft in our inventory.  Please contact us for any parts you may need.
• We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and Amex via our secure server.
• Appropriate sales tax will be added to all items shipped within the state of Kansas or picked up at our retail store.
• All items will be shipped UPS/USPS. Shipping & handling is specified for all items sold on Ebay, and includes insurance. This shipping charge is NOT VALID for International Orders, Hawaii or Alaska; please contact us via email and we will let you know what your shipping costs are.

Shipping Details:

• Buyer pays fixed shipping costs. Please email with any questions prior to bidding.
• We do combine shipping on multiple items; a combined invoice will be sent via ebay prior to payment.
• We will ship around the world; please contact us for shipping costs outside the U.S.
• International customers, please note that import duties, taxes and/or charges are not included in the price of the item or shipping charges.  These charges, if any, are the buyer’s responsibility.  Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs may be prior to purchasing.
• Payment for international orders must be made using Paypal, and we will only ship to confirmed addresses.
• Please note: there is no tracking information with USPS first class mail, for either international or local shipments. Delivery via first class is at your own risk; buyer assumes all responsibility for lost packages.

Return/Refund Conditions:

All used parts are sold "AS IS" with no warranty, and no returns.  This is not the item for you if you are not 100% committed to the purchase.  There is no doubt as to what you are buying, as photos and a description of the part are provided in the listing.
