XS Size

This cute carry bag is designed with very small dogs, guinea pigs and rabbits in mind. Featuring a strong base for your pet to lie or sit on, a zipped net opening so your pet can poke their head out and a shoulder strap to assist in carrying the bag

Small Size

This stylish carry bag is similar but slightly wider & longer than the XS bag featuring a zip all the way along the netting at the top of the bag and halfway down the side so you have the option of letting your pet poke their head out or not

Delivery is FREE via Royal Mail 48hr Tracked

Delivery Time is usually 2-3 working days.  We dispatch all orders paid for by 1.30pm the same day, any orders placed after this time may still be dispatched that day but its not guaranteed. (Please note Bank Holidays & Weekends are not classed as working days)

If you require your item sooner you can upgrade your delivery option at checkout (fees apply) or please contact us via ebay messaging if the order has already been placed

RETURNS- We are happy to accept returns or exchange items if you need a different size or colour - as long as the following conditions are met

• You must inform us that you want to return the item no more than 30 days after receiving your item

• Ensure you send either the original packing slip or a note with all your details on so we can locate the order

• The item must be returned in its original packing, undamaged, bent or marked 

• If returning a dog harness or a coat please ensure that they are clean and free from dog hair
  

We understand that customers may want to try items on their pets to ensure they fit, this is fine, but please do not remove tags until you are sure you are happy with your purchase

Items MUST be returned in perfect unused & re-saleable condition

If goods are found to be returned used, misused or damaged, we reserve the right to issue you a partial refund.  If a parcel is returned to us undelivered because of failure to collect or rearrange delivery with the post office, a re-delivery charge to the customer will be required before we can resend the item

The buyer is responsible for ensuring that the item is returned to us.  We do not accept responsibility for returned items lost in the post, so please ensure that your item is sent via a tracked service or make sure you get proof of posting to ensure that the item is returned safely.  Postage is non-refundable, we don't pay for return postage if the item is being returned for an exchange or because you have decided you no longer wish to keep the item

DAMAGED, FAULTY OR ITEMS RECEIVED IN ERROR

For any items that may be damaged in the post, received in error or are faulty please contact us through the eBay messaging system or click "return this item" next to the item in your purchase history in My eBay, a Pre-Paid returns postage label will be provided via eBay.  Please ensure you send the original invoice or a returns slip as this is required to process your exchange or refund
