SOME ENGINE CASES HAVE A BOSS THAT SITS WHERE THE FILTER SIDE OF THIS PUMP IS. YOU WILL NEED TO CLEARANCE THAT BOSS BEFORE BOLTING THE PUMP ON. IF YOU DON'T YOU WILL BREAK THE PUMP IN HALF OR CRACK IT. IF YOU DO NOT DO THIS IT WILL NOT BE COVERED FOR RETURN!
