We endeavour to supply the filter brands as depicted but we reserve the right to supply without notice an equivalent quality filter where supplies are affected by events out of our control, pandemics, wars, supply chain and international shipping issues etc.  We always advise you check your filter requirements before you make your purchase.

All delivery times as defined by the service providers are deemed “target times”, non are guaranteed apart from RM Special Delivery.

Royal Mail 48: 2-3 day includes tracking - similar to 2nd class

Royal Mail 24: 1-2 day includes tracking - similar to 1st class

Royal Mail Special Delivery – next day usually before 1pm includes tracking

UPS: 1 day includes tracking – Not available to all areas, see table below.

DPD : 1-2 day depending on time of order – Not available to all areas.

UPS / DPD Next Day - usually 1 day delivery but not available to all areas of the UK or not as quick to some highland areas.

If you choose a courier service and we find that your area is not covered, we will automatically revise the delivery to the closest equivalent service that does cover your area, this is usually Royal Mail.

If you require an item asap, we recommend Royal Mail Special Delivery. We advice you don’t “book” you vehicle in or arrange a mechanic based on the estimated delivery times shown to you by ebay or rely on any delivery service delivery times as these are “target times” and are not a guarantee of such. There is no such thing as a guaranteed delivery time. Any guarantee merely means there is usually a shorter waiting time before claims can be made for late delivery. To rely on delivery times for just in time deliveries, breakdowns, booked garage time slots etc is a foly and you must accept the chance of later than expected delivery. If you simply must have an on time delivery we advice purchasing and collecting in person from a brick and mortar store. 

Highlands - remote areas and islands as defined by each courier – Courier Services: restricted / limited services regardless of services shown to you on this site. Where a courier service is advertised as the free shipping option and that service provider classifies an area as "remote" there will be additional shipping costs. The service provider may also be changed from the advertised courier to another courier or in many cases changed to a Royal Mail or Parcelforce service with the closest equivalent delivery time. For lower value (usually up to £20) and lower weight (usually up to 2kg) Royal Mail services are available as normal. For items with a higher value or items over 2kg or over 16cm high, where a courier service is required or offered variable services and charges apply.

Items bought from multi variation listings – the system does not allow for separate delivery options for all items listed. Lower value, smaller items sent as advertised via Royal Mail, higher value / multiple item purchases and items over 16cm high (inc. Packaging) may be sent via courier regardless of standard advertised service.

COURIER DELIVERY OPTION - We are required to supply your telephone number to our couriers - please ensure your number is included on your details. Courier drivers may not know your property address as well as your local Royal Mail “postie”, therefore if your property is not clearly marked from roadside or is located down a mile long track off an un-named lane we advise putting out a sign, otherwise you increase the possibility of delayed or failed delivery.

If paying by eCheque through Paypal, please bear in mind that it can take 2 weeks to clear and items will not be dispatched until payment has cleared.

 

NON UK BUYERS - Please be aware that you may have to pay your countries import duties and taxes on items purchased from the UK or any other non EU country. This applies more commonly for items with a higher value. (each country sets its own value threshold) Below this value the selling platform should charge and collect this duty at point of sale, over this value usually the carrier will collect your countries duty and tax charges at point of delivery. 

 

RETURNS POLICY - summary - You can return items for any reason within 30 days, just let us know as soon as possible. See details below.

Where Possible use the ebay returns feature. Please use a recorded method of post and in the very least obtain proof of posting receipt.

Remember to send your details when returning items. These are your name, address, ebay name, item number. If you do not send this information we may not be able to process your refund.

Returned items will be checked and any refund due will be reimbursed via the same method they were made.

Please note we will not refund on any item that has been fitted, damaged by trying to fit, modified, misused or not in otherwise original condition.
