We offer free shipping on all of our items within Australia using the Standard Australia Post Untracked method. We offer tracked and express services on all of our items at an additional cost. We use Australia Post and Sendle to dispatch all items within Australia and Overseas.

All orders are generally shipped within 1 business day, unless there is further clarification required with personalised items. Once your item has been prepared for dispatch, you will receive confirmation from us. If you have not received an order within 10 days, we kindly request that you contact us before leaving any feedback, as in the unlikely event of a non-delivery, we believe communication is the best approach to resolve any concern quicky ane efficiently.

30 day returns, buyer pays return shipping.

Your satisfaction is our first priority at Ipix. If your item is faulty upon receipt or is not as described, we will gladly exchange the item or refund you in full. All returns are subject to us receiving the item back within 30 days of purchase. Items must be returned with their original packaging and, unless they were damaged prior to you receiving them, must still be in an unused and saleable condition. Our refund policy does not typically cover change of mind, however, where we choose to accept a change of mind refund, any return postage will be payable by the buyer. Due to the nature of our items, we are not able offer change of mind returns on custom made items, or items that are "personalised" i.e. engraved with names etc.
