All WestCoast Clutch products are sold with the manufacturer warranty of 1 year. All warranty claims must be made prior to shipping the product back. The buyer must first contact us to process the warranty/defective claim process. An RMA number will be issued if the product is defective or in need of further inspection. Upon receipt of the product, WestCoast Clutch will send out the product to the manufacturer for testing and inspection. If the product is set to be defective, WestCoast Clutch will issue a full refund for the product or send a replacement. WestCoast Clutch under no circumstance will refund or compensate any labor or installation cost. West Coast Clutch will not warranty or replace any clutch that is over abused or has been installed incorrectly.
Please be sure that your mechanic trouble shoots before dropping your transmission down or sending the item back. Make sure you always change your clutch fork, master slave cylinder and bleed the system out. These are common mistakes that mechanics do not take into consideration that may cause an issue in the installation.
