Refunds Information

If you decide to cancel an order after goods have been dispatched, you will be under a duty to return them to us at your own risk and cost we will not be responsible for the return cost of the products.

Should an item arrive and be either faulty, damaged or incorrect we will either refund or replace the item and we will be responsible for any return cost we will either refund the cost of return or provide a prepaid label.

All refunds for returned products will be actioned within 24 hours of us being in receipt of the returned product.

All refunds will be processed and refunded back to the same account as the payment was taken from.

Returns Information

You may cancel your order (or any part of it) at any stage before the products are delivered to you, and up to 30 days after the product has been received by you. You may do so by simply returning the products in accordance with the provisions below or by contacting us through eBay.
