Return Policy
 We offer a 30 day return policy from the receiving date.All items purchased must be return in the same condition as they were delivered in and in original packaging. They can not have been assembled and disassembled.

 

Buyer pays return postage unless item arrives damaged by courier and Items defective upon receipt must be packaged in                           their retail packaging as if new and returned with a detailed description of the problem. 

                

Exchanges and Returns

If you are not completely happy with your purchase, for any reason, and notify us within 30 days of delivery, we will either exchange or offer a complete refund, providing the item has not been used and is returned in the original packaging in a saleable condition. Please contact us to discuss the best way to return your purchase. We can either provide an address label for you to send the parcel back or we can arrange collection on your behalf.
