What is avocado oil?

Avocado oil is extracted from the pulp of the avocado fruit, not the skin or seed. The oil is extracted by cold pressing method and oil is unrefined and virgin in which it retains all of its 

nutrients that may otherwise be lost in the conventional extraction process such as roasting or heating the pulp.
