Returns Policy
We want you to be happy with your purchase, however in the rare occasion that you are not, please let us know and we will contact you to arrange either a collection or a refund. Please CONTACT US before leaving any negative feedback and we will promptly sort out any issue with your order.
We process all payments through PayPal. If you do not have a PayPal account, we can still accept debit and credit card payments safely through PayPal.
 
Return Policy

We offer a 30 day return policy from the receiving date. 

All items purchased must be return in the same condition as they were delivered in and in original packaging. They can not have been assembled and disassembled.
 
Buyer pays return postage unless item arrives damaged by courier and Items defective upon receipt must be packaged in their retail packaging as if new and returned with a detailed description of the problem. 

 

Exchanges & Refunds

It is our aim to offer products that represent good value for money and we want you to be totally satisfied with every purchase you make from us. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, for any reason, and notify us within 14 days of delivery, we will either exchange or offer a complete refund, providing the item has not been used and is returned in the original packaging in a saleable condition. Please make sure you check your items carefully on receipt as they cannot be returned for a refund once they have been used or installed.  This does not affect your statutory rights.

Please contact us to discuss the best way to return your purchase. We can either provide an address label for you to send the parcel back or we can arrange collection on your behalf. A collection charge will apply and will vary according to the size and weight of the item. Refunds are issued after the item has been returned to us.

In the rare event that your purchase is incorrect, damaged in transit or fails to perform, please contact us within 30 days and we will arrange collection from you, free of charge, and we will give you either a replacement or refund

Unfortunately we are unable to deliver to Northern Ireland, Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Isle of Dog, Scottish Highlands, Scottish Islands and Scilly Isles.

We do not post to P.O.BOXES - please provide a physical address.

We do not ship internationally persoally but we are part of Ebays global Shipping Programe so order away please.
