What is the fabric? / is it waterproof?/ how do I clean it?-


Thick quilted leatherette. Extra foam in the middle part of the seat cover to produce the quilted pattern. The seat cover is complete waterproof. You may occasionally wipe clean it with a wet sponge using a mild cleansing agent.

How do I fit them? Will they go over my existing seats? -



Fitting is straight forward. For upright, simply put them over the top of the seat (after removing the head rest) and pull them down like a jumper. For the bases- Using the supplied metal hooks you may link the elasticated loops ( stitched on to the skirting area) to various points on the seat mounts. You may change the position of where the hooks connect to get the best fit. Once you sit in them for a decent journey they take on the shape of the seat nicely and should protect the seats from further wear and tear and make the interior of the cab look a lot nicer.




Cleaning Recommendation - Please do not to use alcohol-based products to clean the leatherette covers. Please use soft liquid soap to wipe clean the covers.

Made-to-Order Products

At UK Cover Factory Limited, our van seat covers are manufactured to order according to the vehicle model, seat configuration, design, colour and personalisation details selected by the customer. Some products may include customer-specific logo embroidery or other personalised features.


Cancellation of Bespoke Orders


Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, the usual 14-day statutory right to cancel an online purchase does not apply to goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalised.

Where this exemption applies, we are unable to accept a change-of-mind cancellation solely under the statutory distance-selling cancellation right once the order has been placed. 


This does not affect any separate return rights provided under our eBay listing or any other rights the customer may have under applicable law.


Incorrect Order Details Supplied by the Customer

Customers are responsible for checking that the vehicle model, year, seat layout, colour, stitching, design and logo details provided or selected at checkout are correct.

If the product is manufactured accurately according to the specifications confirmed by the customer but those specifications are subsequently found to be incorrect, a free replacement or refund is not automatically available. 

Any proposed correction or alteration may be subject to an additional charge, subject to the applicable eBay policy and consumer law.


When a Refund or Replacement May Not Be Available


A change-of-mind refund may not be available where the goods qualify for the bespoke or personalised-goods exemption and no separate contractual return right applies.

However, this exclusion does not apply where the product is faulty, damaged, incorrectly supplied, or does not match the agreed order or listing description.


 In these circumstances, we will assess the issue and provide the remedy required under applicable law and eBay policy.


Reporting a Problem

If you believe your order is incorrect or defective, please contact us through eBay Messages and provide photographs and a description of the issue. We will review the details and work with you to resolve the matter in accordance with our obligations.
