What is the fabric? / is it waterproof?/ how do I clean it?-

Thick quilted leatherette. Extra foam in the middle part of the seat cover to produce the quilted pattern. The seat cover is complete waterproof. You may occasionally wipe clean it with a wet sponge using a mild cleansing agent.

How do I fit them? Will they go over my existing seats? -

Fitting is straight forward. For upright, simply put them over the top of the seat (after removing the head rest) and pull them down like a jumper. For the bases- Using the supplied metal hooks you may link the elasticated loops ( stitched on to the skirting area) to various points on the seat mounts. You may change the position of where the hooks connect to get the best fit. Once you sit in them for a decent journey they take on the shape of the seat nicely and should protect the seats from further wear and tear and make the interior of the cab look a lot nicer.
