New: A DVD/CD in Brand New condition to us is a DVD/CD that is straight out of the box Sealed or Unsealed but never watched.

Like New: A DVD/CD in Like New condition is one which looks new but may have been on the shelf for a while before you get it.  May have some storage marks

Very Good: A DVD/CD in Very Good condition is a DVD/CD which has been viewed at least once.  It may have a some marks on the casing and sleeve may not be mint, but will always look close to new at first glance.  

Good: A DVD/CD in Good condition is a DVD/CD which has been viewed more than once, though is not in any way unusable.  The DVD/CD is functionally good, but there may be a few marks on the case, sleeve and disc..  A DVD/CD in Good condition willlook good and play with no freezing. 

Acceptable: A DVD/CD in Acceptable condition is one in which you can visibly tell it is used, but still has its original Sleeve.  Acceptable means something which can withstand a few more viewings.  The case and sleeve may have some damage, the disc will have some scratches but will play fully.
