Comfort Fit Ring Sizing

Thorsten alternative metal rings are made with "comfort fit" sizing.  This means the inside of the ring is rounded, which helps it slide over your knuckle easier.  The inside diameter of the ring gets bigger as you get closer to the edge of the ring.  In contrast, standard fit rings are flat on the inside of the ring, which means the inside diameter is the same as you move along one edge to the other.  Because of this difference, comfort fit rings tend to fit looser than standard fit rings of the same size.  As a general rule of thumb, when purchasing a comfort fit ring, you should choose a size that is about a half size smaller than your standard fit ring size.

Manufacturer's Lifetime Warranty 

All Thorsten jewelry are made to the highest standards using quality materials and expert craftsmanship, and are guaranteed to be free of defects.  Any jewelry that fails to meet Thorsten's standard of excellence will be replaced under warranty.  If your ring cracks or breaks from accidental damage, it will also be replaced under Thorsten's warranty terms.  To request warranty work, simply contact your jeweler (that's us) where you purchased the ring.   Your jeweler (that's us) will work with Thorsten to get your ring replaced, if there is a confirmed defect.  If your ring style is no longer being manufactured, a similar style may be substituted.  Any third party alterations to the ring, except for engraving, will void the warranty.  Thorsten will replace the ring only.  Any engraving or custom work will have to be redone, at the customer's expense.  Warranty does not cover normal wear, including scratches, as rings are scratch resistant, not scratch proof.  Thorsten is not responsible for any sentimental value of the original jewelry.  Shipping fees are the consumers/retailers' responsibility.   Manufacturer's Lifetime Sizing Warranty Due to the hardness of alternative metals, they cannot be resized like traditional gold or platinum rings.  Therefore if your finger size changes, you will need a brand new ring in a different size.  Thorsten will exchange your ring for a different size for as long as you own the ring. Simply contact your jeweler (that's us) to arrange a size exchange.  Thorsten will only replace the ring for a different size.  An engraving or custom work will have to be redone, at the customers expense.  Warranty does not cover normal wear, including scratches, as rings are scratch resistant, not scratch proof.  Thorsten is not responsible for any sentimental value of the original jewelry.  Shipping fees are consumer/retailers' responsibility.
