Please do not bid if you disagree with the following terms & conditions:

• Please use eBay checkout or the "Checkout" button on the listing to check out all winning items.
• All auction winning prices include GST.
• The Shipping and Handling fees include postage, handling and insurance as well. Please do not bid if you do not agree with it.
• None Paying Bidder will be reported to eBay after 7 days if no response and no payment received, and item will be re-listed.
• All items are sent via Australia Post or other courier company. However, we are not directly liable for the late delivery or 

goods being missing or damaged during transit. If such an event should happen, 
the replacement will be sent out after we receive the confirmation of lost item from Aus Post or the courier company. 
Please allow up to 4 week for the investigation to be processed.

• Appropriate feedback will be given after transaction is completed and buyer   feedback is received
• If problems do arise, please contact us prior to leaving feedback, 
• we will try our best to resolve any issues in accordance with our policies.

Warranty Return Policy:

• Warranty issue: Please refer to our eBay auction listings for warranty information. Should item becomes faulty or DOA,

        if item carries warranty and it's within the warranty period, 
        please refer to the Warranty Form inside your item package, 
        or contact us to require a Warranty Form.

• Buyer is liable for the postage to return faulty/DOA product for warranty repair or refund.
• While all care is taken, any error or omission is unintentional.
• We are liable for sending replacement or warranty repair item back to the buyer, 

        except in the case that the returned item is tested not faulty. 
        In which case, it is the buyer's liability to pay for the postage cost to send the item back to buyer. 

If for any reason you've changed your mind following purchase, we're happy to work with you to return the item. To qualify for this offer, it is important to follow the guidelines below: 1. We must be notified within 14 days of you receiving the item that you intend to return it. 2.The item must be returned in original re-saleable condition with all tags and packaging (ready to be put back on the shelf) 3.The item/s are NOT opened, used, worn or damaged, and are in perfect condition when we receive them back 4.That you DO NOT stick or write anything on the item itself or its packaging. Please only write or place postage stickers on the outer postage packaging. 5.The item is securely packed to ensure it is received back by us in original and re-saleable condition. 6.Shipping fees will apply. It is your responsibility to organise the best shipping method to return the product. 7.The refund amount will also have original freight costs deducted. If the item was sent with free postage, a 20% postage fee and Handelling will also be deducted from the refund amount.
