RETURNS

The customer has 30 days to return genuinely faulty parts. The buyer is responsible for return costs. All our parts are spray marked and security tagged. The parts must be returned in the condition they were sent out. Any interference with our parts or the security tags will make your warranty void. A refund will be issued once the parts are tested and the security tags checked.

DELIVERY

Parts will be dispatched same day (if purchased by 1pm) with a 24 or 48 hour courier (depends on parcel size), barring any unforeseen circumstances. For the benefit of our courier, please leave a MOBILE contact number once you have purchased a part.

Upon receipt of part, please check for visible damage before signing for part as we will not be held liable for parts that are signed for, then claimed to be damaged.
