Shipping & Delivery Policy

• We ship using USPS, FedEx, and UPS from California, USA.
• Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days after cleared payment.
• Customers are responsible for providing a valid and deliverable shipping address. We cannot be held liable for delays or losses caused by incorrect address information.
• Shipments to APO, FPO, and Puerto Rico are available at domestic rates via USPS only.
• For orders with express or upgraded shipping services (including 2-day or expedited options), shipping charges are non-refundable in the event of carrier delays, provided the order was processed and shipped within our stated handling time.

International Orders 

• International shipping surcharges may apply depending on destination and carrier requirements.
• The buyer is responsible for all import-related charges, including but not limited to customs duties, taxes, VAT, and brokerage or handling fees.
• Due to hazardous material, carrier, or customs regulations, certain battery shipments may experience delivery delays, route changes, or cancellation. The buyer will be notified if the shipment cannot be completed.
• If an order is refused, fails customs clearance, or is returned to the sender for any reason, the original shipping cost will not be refunded. Any return shipping fees will also be the buyer’s responsibility.

We guarantee against any defective products.  A full refund can be provided for any defective or misrepresented products within 30 days. There is no restocking fee in this case. 

We provide 30 days money back on non-defective, undamaged, unused and resalable products. Customer will be responsible for the return shipping if product is not defective or misrepresented. Restocking fee and other fee may apply upon the condition of returned products. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. Product is not eligible for refund after the 30-day refund period has expired.

Each product carries limited replacement warranty period stated in each listing's item description. 

All returned products (Replace or Refund) have to obtain a RMA # (Return Merchandise  Authorization #) prior to return. Any returned product without a RMA # on  package will not be processed. To obtain a RMA #, please contact us through eBay message system with your  eBay user ID, eBay item ID #, and a brief description about your item  condition and/or service requested. We will work on resolving your particular case ASAP.
 

The warranty does not cover damage caused by accident, abuse, neglect,  modification, alteration, misuse, repair, modification or physical damages. All NON-SELLER mistake's / returns are subject to a minimum of 20% restocking fee and the buyer is responsible for all return shipping expenses. Items that have been forwarded outside of the U.S will not be covered by our warranty. 

Warranty will be provided to the original purchaser only. The warranty will not renew once a replacement has been made. This means that a warranty replacement item will not have a brand  new warranty period.
