- Any Faults must be reported within 7 days of receiving the item. If items are reported as damaged or problematic after this period, we reserve the right to reject these claims.
- Only the net value of goods is refunded. Unfortunately as we use a next day courier for all our packages and we DO NOT make any money on postage, we cannot offer a refund on the P & P.
