The cargo carrier is easy to assemble and conveniently fits all standard Class III / IV 2 inch receivers. To make payment, simply use the Checkout option through eBay.
All items include GST, and tax invoices are available upon request.
We use registered shipping on most packages. 98% of products are dispatched within 1 business day. Once in the hands of the couriers, freight times are outside of our control. As Australia is a large and diverse country please allow 5-10 business days for delivery.
A tracking number will be e-mailed once the item is dispatched, shipping record can be tracked online.
If no one is home to sign for the article; a card will be left and the item will need to be picked up from the local depot.
Pickup is available for most products, please contact us (Mon - Fri 9:00am-4:00pm) to book collection. (Pickup needs purchase on eBay first, then come to pay cash in our warehouse)
Return & WarrAnty
We provide return & refund service within 30 days after the buyer receives the product. (product kept in original condition, a restocking fee may apply)
We guarantee the product to be new and free of manufacturer defects for 1 year for the original purchaser only.
If you have a problem with the product. Please contact us through eBay and include the original purchase information (i.e. your name , address, email and purchase receipt number)
We will require a picture of the damaged part for verification.
We will repair or replace, at our discretion, any unit determined to be faulty within the warranty period.
The unit warranty does not cover accidents, develop a fault due to misuse or improper installation.
The buyer will be liable for the shipping costs associated with warranty claim.
