1-       All items are subject to availability as we outsource some items from other wholesalers

2-       All these terms and conditions apply to our sale policy on all goods in our shops on eBay and we highly recommend you to read these before making any purchases

3-       Actual item may be or may not look slightly different in colour, design or texture when received, as all the pictures are for illustration purpose only and are photoshopped.

4-       Quality of our camera, your computer or mobile screen resolution may or may not affect the image and appearance of the product directly or indirectly and we don’t take responsibility for the technology part.

5-       We want you to have best shopping experience, hence we would like to answer all your questions by emails and phone calls within 24-36 working hours (excluding weekends and bank holidays)

6-       Any Duvet sets, Cribs, Mattresses or textile item you receive from us, we highly recommend you to wash it according to manufacturer’s manual , only If , you want to keep the item (Do not wash the item(s), if you intend to return it)

7-       Some items and designs might experience a change in colour / material and packaging because of our supplier or designer’s choice. We would inform you prior to posting the product to you.

8-       All Moses baskets / cribs and other mattresses are water proof up to 50ml spillage. Not waterproof for vomit or other liquid spillages such as milk, beverages and other drinks.

9-       All sizes are approximate and might not always be 100% accurate because of cutting / sewing variations.

10-    All items are sold subject to these terms and conditions and none of this breaches your rights as a customer.

Returns and Refunds

1-       Any item you return to us, we would expect your full name, your eBay ID, item purchase date, amount paid and your full address to be listed along with the reason (written on a plain paper).

2-       Any return or replacement claims have to be filed within 14 days (including weekends and bank holidays). We take returns within 14 days of receiving items. Any claims after 14 days will not be accepted.

3-       We wouldn’t pay more than £3.29 for any postage paid by the buyer for any item under 3Kg, under any circumstances. Kindly ask us for return Label prior to posting it out back to us. If we can’t provide you return label for some or any reason,  we shall reimburse you the full cost of return post, provided product was faulty/damaged or wrong item sent to you.

4-       Any product returned without original packaging, used, damaged or stained which cannot be re-sold to the new customer as a ‘new product’, would not qualify for refund at all. This doesn’t infringe your customer rights and it is in line of the laws of the land and eBay return policy.

5-       We expect our valued customers to inform us once the return is posted, so that as soon as we receive it in worthy condition, their refund or replacement can be issued.

6-       If item colour and texture is different to what you ordered, we will issue full refund, provided item is returned back.

7-       Sometimes, items with same design and texture have different names. We would advise you to take this matter into consideration.

8-       If customer orders wrong items, wrong size or colour, they will bear the return postage cost.

9-       If item is not received within 2 weeks (incl. weekends and bank holidays) of ordering, kindly contact us. We can track it down for you, otherwise we wouldn’t be responsible.

10-    If you don’t receive your refund within 10 working days [2 working weeks] of returning item, kindly contact us. Any claims for refund made after 10 working days would not be accepted.
